Beer in and to food



Come and be seduced by beer in and pairing beer with food!

Beer is often very well suited as a relish in cooking, as it contains hundreds of different aromas, and different types have different taste sensations. Beer is often better suited than wine, because the beer has a quenching ability and is not as dominant in the taste as wines often tend do be.

It gives food a creative touch, and beer supports and acknowledges food, rather to fight for the palate’s attention. The alcohol strength is moderate, and ensures that the taste buds are intact even when approaching the end of the meal.

A good alternative to the combination of tastes is to use alcohol-free beer that in many respects can give the same taste experience if you want to avoid alcohol. In addition, we recommend always having a glass of water at your side, no matter what you choose to drink to the food.
